Real-time monitoring and data traceability of key process parameters are realized to cut manual intervention. The control accuracy of core indicators including dimensional tolerance, resistivity fluctuation and surface quality has been markedly improved. Meanwhile, the automation project expands production capacity and shortens delivery lead time, better satisfying mass and customized orders from new energy, precision instruments, industrial control and other industries.
